    Fill in the online application
    When you submit the online application, our staff will contact you to share more about the product and advise about the required documents.

    Remote Identification
    To start issuing your Visa card you will need to go through remote identification. Therefore, when the application is submitted, our staff will reach out to you and explain how to do remote identification.

    Getting your card
    After 5-7 days (in case of Bishkek) or 10-15 days (if you applied from regions) you will be able to get your Visa card in the branch most convenient to you.

To speed up the process, you can leave an online request for a card and then visit FINCA office to receive it. Or, register the request in any office of the bank.

First and most important step is to immediately contact our Bank call center to block the card, then contact any office of FINCA Bank to request the card.

Yes it is possible. To open an account and get a card, please have the following documents with you: passport, TIN, registration coupon. Note: TIN and registration coupon can be obtained at the Population Service Center.
