To speed up the process, you can leave an online application for a card and then come to the office to receive the finished card, or write an application for a card in any office of the bank, you must have a passport.

First of all contact our Bank’s call center to block the card, then contact any office of our Bank to return the card.

You will need to re-issue the card by applying to the Bank’s office. Card reissuance costs 200 soms.
