“FINCA” has supported the project of International Public Foundation “Initiative of Roza Otunbaeva”, aimed at the familiarization of school children from new housing districts with classic music.

A fall cycle of classic music concerts was launched on October 25, 2012. The project’s second and third concerts will take place on November 15 and December 15 (the date of December concert may change).

More than 300 pupils of 6-9 grades who study in the schools of new housing districts and suburban villages of Bishkek – Ala-Too, Tynchtyk, Keremet-Taala, Kara-Jygach, Uchkun, Kyrman, Kalys-Ordo – will attend the Bishkek National Conservatory for the concerts on these dates.

The concerts that are going to be held on a monthly basis until the end of school year are organized jointly with the National Conservatory, Bishkek Mayor’s Office, “Eraim” and “Ashar” public associations. “FINCA” provides financial assistance to the development and production of printing materials for the concerts and helps to pay the fees of presenters.

We need to note that under the corporate social responsibility projects “FINCA” conducts and supports a large number of events aimed at training and education of children. Particularly when such events target children from socially vulnerable communities.
