“The introduction of various pre-school educational institutions and program models in Kyrgyzstan” – such project is launched by “Initiative of Roza Otunbaeva” International Public Foundation.

“It is expected that this project will provide children of 3 to 7 years old with pre-school education and training. We will assist in the introduction of such models as “School kindergartens”, “Preparatory classes”, “One-year preparation to school”, “3 hour programs”. We hope that our project will raise a public discussion on the importance of early development and pre-school education to a rather high level, and will become a basis for the efficient state policy in the area of pre-school education”, – said Executive Director of the Foundation Jibek Koichukulova.

The educational project will be implemented within Public Private Partnership. The partners are “MCC “FINCA” CJSC, the Ministry of Education and local governance bodies.

“The participation of FINCA microcredit company in this project is a direct indication of our social responsibility and implementation of our corporate mission aimed at support of local communities. The company has “The Support of High Schools” program in place. It contemplates the provision of assistance to comprehensive development of school and pre-school children. In particular, the equipment of special classes”, – noted FINCA Regional Operations Manager Cholpon Duisheeva.

Pre-school and general education institutions of pilot Sokuluk rayon: special equipment, furniture, textbooks, toys, bedding items and other items necessary for the adequate functioning of classes will be delivered to and installed in kindergartens No. 20 of Voenno-Antonovka ayil okmoty and “Solnyshko” of Frunze settlement, high school named after. Z. Kadyrkulova in Tiuz village.
