It Will Be Warm for Children in Winter

Renovation works were done at the Karakol family type children institution under financial support of the microcrediting company. Refurbishment conducted under support of the company FINCA has been completed in Karakol family type children house “Irada”, which had previous title “Crisis center for the children at risk”.

“It will be warm for kids in winter time. Funds allocated by FINCA were used to build insulated entrance hall with plastic window frames and doors, internal window frames and doors were painted, toilet facilities were repaired. Different colors are used for boys and girls rooms, and the hall and kitchen. It is very light and comfortable in the rooms. Glazed tiles were installed in utility room and kitchen and shower-room since black mold has occurred. We do not know how much money the company has allocated, but scope of work is very large. Additionally, our kind helpers have bought laying hens for us. It is good for kids as they should know how to take care of the poultry. Thanks a lot to the company that they presented new modern wardrobes for kids.  Also, thanks to our friends that our family house has necessary household kitchen equipment. Also, the company staff bought necessary medicine at own expenses. Thank you very much!” – Ainagul Omurbaeva, the director of the family type children house said.

By Dastan Tursunbekov, the director of the Karakol branch of the company FINCA, there are only two institutions for the children without parental care. These two facilities are partly funded by the state.

“We already became friends with kids of this institution and we never visit them with empty hands. I am glad that out employees are actively engaged in this publically useful work, communicate with kids and try to know about their needs and success. In “Irada”, we feel friendly, really family environment”, – he mentioned.

For information: The FINCA Company operates 18 years in Kyrgyzstan. Today, the company consists of 120 branches located over the country; it has substantial credit portfolio – more than five billion soms – and about 120 thousand customers.
