FINCA Provided Support to Kindergarten in Kadamzhay
Problem of growth of external migration affected actually every region of Kyrgyzstan. This issue is very urgent in south of the country.
Kadamzhay town is one of big settlements of the rayon having same name in the Batken province. Here, almost in every family, at least, one of the relatives works abroad. Therefore, elderly people and children are major part of the population. Fathers and mothers working in Russia and Kazakhstan are forced to leave their even small kids with grandmothers and grandfathers. All kindergartens of Kadamzhay – there three in the rayon – are full. The staff of the company FINCA visited one of these kindergartens.
There are 11 groups by 30-50 children in each of them in this pre-school institution. Maximum number of children should not exceed 25 kids at the pre-school institutions. But the administration of kindergarten recognizes consequences of migration and tries to look for support not only from the state.
“Many organizations provided help to this kindergarten, and our company did not stay aside. Dish in dining room where up to 500 children eat is always demanded. We have procured over 200 sets of dish for kids. Besides, we purchased fabric to produce bed-linen and installed metal fences around and inside the kindergarten”, – FINCA’s representative highlighted. FINCA’s team mentioned that it was not first and last practice of help rendered to the educational institutions.
“Recognizing importance of education and support of young generation, we equip groups for three-hour educational programmes, help in repair, stocking, technical equipping of hundreds of schools and kindergartens. We open labor, play, sport and computer class-rooms. It is demonstration of social responsibility of the company to the society. It is important for us to be developed together with whole country”, – FINCA’s specialists underlined.
