FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan has earned gold level Client Protection Certification from Cerise+SPTF, granted by global rating agency MFR. This certification demonstrates that we meet the most rigorous standards of Client Protection found in Cerise+SPTF’s – Universal Standards for Social Performance Management. As we adhere to each of the Client Protection Principles, we offer appropriate products to our customers, take measures to prevent over-indebtedness, maintain transparent terms and conditions and pricing, protect customer privacy data, and have mechanisms in place to professionally respond to customer feedback.
Our stakeholders (including employees, shareholders, clients, contractors, vendors and regulators) are encouraged to disclose actual, potential or suspected instances of misconduct.
