Financial literacy program

Financial literacy – the key to success

FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan promotes financial literacy through a long-term project “Financial Literacy Fundamentals”. Our aim is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of our customers, bring more value to those who need our support most, and further promote a culture of partnership with financial institutions in the country.

Benefits of our learning programs

We understand that business success starts with people. We are committed to helping communities advance through the professional development of our customers, offering ample learning opportunities in the form of lectures, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on practice.
Our commitment to corporate social responsibility is a testament to our mission of ending poverty. Fostering sustainable growth and inclusivity is our focus in every action we take in Kyrgyzstan.

Our approach

FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan launched training programs in 2012 and was the first among all financial institutions in the country offering a multi-component training program on financial literacy. We have been actively promoting financial literacy in the media to further enhance access to all who strive to develop and improve their businesses. We’ve been collaborating with local authorities, public and international organizations to continually improve our programs and initiatives.

We accelerate the learning process through a variety of training programs developed and adapted to each audience. Our goal is to create an enjoyable learning environment, deliver valuable content, and equip every participant with the knowledge they need to improve their lives.

We are proud to report that as a result of 2,784 sessions, we trained 59,146 citizens in all parts of Kyrgyzstan by 2023.
