How to keep your money safe?

We recommend following these simple security rules:

    Do not give your bank card and PIN-code to other persons, even temporarily.

    Never give the security code (CVV2 - three-digit code) on the back of the card to anyone.

    Bank employees will not ask you for your card details or PIN, one-time password or CVV2 code. Otherwise, do not provide these data and inform the Bank's contact center.
  • 4
    Do not write the PIN-code on the card and do not keep it together with the card.
  • 5
    In case of card loss or suspicious activity on the money account, block it immediately by reporting the card loss to the Bank's contact center by phone +996-312-440-440 / 4400 (call is free)
