Ekaterine Shavgulidze is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in investments, corporate governance, and strategic business development across Europe and Central Asia. Throughout her career, she has held senior positions at companies such as Georgia Capital and Bank of Georgia and led one of the largest healthcare companies in Georgia, successfully taking it public on the London Stock Exchange.

Over the years, Ekaterine has served on the boards of leading companies in the fields of finance, energy, education, automotive services, and real estate. She has extensive experience working on corporate governance, compensation, risk, and audit committees.

Ekaterine holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA). She is fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian. She has also studied psychology and completed training in leadership coaching.
