In March, 2015, a global campaign called “The World Money Week” directed to the development of culture of savings and providing knowledge of finance to children and young people.

FINCA Bank is an active partner of the campaign which annually holds series of training events in all the regions of the country. This year the bank sponsored the national children drawing contest; after the contest was over, the Bank presented deposit certificates as the prizes to the winners in three categories: 7-10 years old, 11-14 years old and 15-17 years old.

18 winners and participants of the contest received certificates with the denomination of 5 000, 3 000, 2 000 and 1 000 soms. According to the employees, the initial capital is both the award and the motivation for children to go on studying, developing and thinking of their future.

During the past 2 months the children and their parents visited branches of FINCA Bank to open an account. The winners of the children drawing contest are the owners of the deposit accounts in FINCA Bank.
