First interactive evening events were held in the branches of the CJSC “FINCA Bank”. On June 16, the first interactive event took place in Bishkek branch. The second one was held in the Central branch on June 17.

Such format of interaction with the customers is introduced for the first time. It implies that the participants of the event are involved into the process and in the form of a game they learn detailed information about banking services. The first subject of their discussion was deposits and their types.

The visitors could see a presentation and took part in the game during which they could identify the type of deposit most suitable for them. Besides, they could ask questions and discuss in unhampered manner.

It’s another opportunity of communicating with clients in a warm, friendly environment, where good ideas are born and suggestions are accepted.
