In December 2013, the CJSC “MCC FINCA” earned over 157 million soms of additional investment in the authorized capital. As the Director General of the company Makhmud Saidakhmatov reported, the shareholders of the company accepted extension of financial credit portfolio and maintenance of banking transformation process and they demonstrate commitments to transformation process. Authorized capital of the CJSC “MCC FINCA” was over 1 billion soms at the end of the year.

“Sufficiency of the capital is one of key parameters of the financial-crediting institutions, which reflects reliability and sustainability of the company, – Saidakhmatov said. – Increasing of the capital can help us to realize various joint projects with the donors and in areas the company has identified as priority ones: financing of energy-saving activities, crediting of small and medium size business and others. It will promote increasing of the credit portfolio in general”.

At present, the CJSC “MCC FINCA” is in a list of top-five big financial institutions of the country in terms of volume o the authorized capital. Every dollar in the capital gives the company an opportunity to attract 4 USD additionally. Thus, the company has chances to extend credit portfolio in future.

Every year of cooperation brings new opportunities for development of relations. The CJSC “MCC FINCA” plans to get new credit from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in amount of 5 million USD, which will be allocated to develop credit portfolio and promote credits on energy saving activities.
