Zhazgul is a trained teacher. She worked as a schoolteacher for some time before changing her career and spending nearly ten years working as a seamstress in a garment workshop.

The story of her future business began unexpectedly. One day, Zhazgul made a jacket for her husband. One of their acquaintances saw it and asked her to make a similar jacket. After that first order, more customers began to appear, and she realized that the work she loved could become the foundation of her own business.

At first, Zhazgul had no plans to start a business. Everything began with a family goal. Her daughter was preparing to get married, and the family wanted to build a spacious home to properly welcome guests after the wedding. To achieve this dream, Zhazgul gradually moved forward by purchasing a plot of land and building the first floor of their house.

Later, Zhazgul became seriously ill. Her husband was worried about her health and encouraged her to stop, but she refused to give up on her plans. She was determined to finish what she had started. Seeing her perseverance, her husband fully supported her decision.

At the beginning, Zhazgul owned only three sewing machines. Today, her workshop operates more than twenty machines. Every day she visits the production site, assigns tasks to her employees, reviews the day’s results in the evening, and organizes the shipment of finished products.

Her work became not only a source of income but also a source of strength that helped her overcome her illness. Staying active, maintaining a sense of purpose, and constantly moving forward gave her the energy she needed to recover.

Starting a business also changed her mindset. Zhazgul realized that many things are possible if you have determination, persistence, and the willingness to take action. Today, she sets even bigger goals for herself and confidently works toward achieving them.

“To anyone thinking about starting a business, I would say this: if you truly want it, don’t be afraid to try. Start with small steps, and everything becomes easier from there. When you begin small, things gradually fall into place,” says Zhazgul.
