On March 10, the day of open doors for the youth representatives was held at the head office of the FINCA Bank within the Global Money Week.

Staff of FINCA Bank held training on financial literacy for the activists and voluntaries of the Policy Development Institute designed for the high school pupils and students. Main topics of the training were savings, accumulation and financial goals. The participants learned how to administer their personal budget, distribute funds properly and achieve their goals.

It was surprising that the young activists had serious attitude to personal finance, and tried to administer their own budget few times. Excursion in the office was organized as a part of the open door day programme, during which the participants could be acquainted with the personnel, see working places and get answers on questions interesting for them.
