On 27th of May, the staff of the company FINCA held the first meeting with the students of the Kyrgyz State National University named after Jusup Balasagyn.

Meeting was organized by the Committee on Budget and Finance of the Jogorku Kenesh and the Association of Microfinancial Institutions of Kyrgyzstan, which initiated series of meetings with the leading microfinancial companies to give the students an opportunity to get information about activity of the companies and sector from the first hands.

Project initiators are confident that such meetings will stimulate the students to increase their qualification and simplify search for work in future.

In FINCA office, the employees organized excursion at the branch divisions that the students could see how and where their future colleagues work. They were interested in duties of the staff, process and working conditions.

The students also had chance to understand better activity of the company, listen to presentations of the leading specialists and know about specificity of the company FINCA, social projects and achieved results.

The participants were interested especially in the project on transformation of the company into the bank, and the project on financial literacy of the population, which the company implements during several years. The students were surprised to know that FINCA is socially responsible company and it always tries to take care not only about those who are the clients of the company, but those who need help and support.

Ambitious future specialists actively asked questions, took part in conversation and finally wished success and obtaining of banking license as soon as possible.
