On October 31, Kyrgyzstan celebrated World Savings Day for the eighth time.

The purpose of this global initiative is to improve financial literacy among children and young people, encourage a culture of saving, and help people plan for a more secure future. Saving is an important step toward achieving long-term financial goals.

FINCA Bank is a long-standing participant in this initiative, supporting efforts to promote a culture of saving across Kyrgyzstan.

Throughout October, our specialists conducted 32 financial literacy training sessions, reaching more than 900 school students and adults across the country.

Participants attended financial literacy workshops focused on the topic of “Savings.”

During engaging and interactive sessions, FINCA Bank employees explained the history of money, discussed the importance of saving, and shared practical advice on how to manage personal finances wisely.

At the end of the events, all participants received commemorative gifts from FINCA Bank.
