During 12-14 of March, FINCA will be presented at the Career Fair. This event is held for the students of last courses and those who will graduate from the high educational institute in the capital of the country.  As Radiy Temirgaliev, the Head of HRD said, participating in this event the company pursued few goals.

“First, we are interested to tell about ourselves as the company and give an opportunity to the students and graduators learning about FINCA’s activity and areas of work with a help of booklets, video materials, consultations of our recruiters. Second, we hope that after presentation the young people will consider FINCA as their employer. Of course, we are not able to offer them highly paid positions, but we can give them a chance to get practical skills, approbation, probably, with further employment.  Besides, due to expected transformation into bank, we need to update database of potential candidates”, – the Head of Human Resources Department reported.

FINCA took part in the Career Fair first time after 4-year break. Since that time, the labor market has being changed, and its actors, both the employers and employees, have new expectations associated with employment and career.

“Many of those who graduate from the high educational institutes want to work in Bishkek in the offices with good working conditions. At this fair we would like to show them other side of the coin: it is possible to find good job in the regions also, for example, in the company like FINCA. We focus on the young people who after graduation wish to return home or go to remote are on voluntary basis and can be employed in the big company”, – Radiy Temirgaliev added.

During the fair, the visitors can leave their data in special questionnaires designed by HRD and their CVs.
