WHAT IS THE LOYALTY PROGRAM AND WHAT IS ITS PURPOSE?

FINCA Bank presents the Rakhmat loyalty program. The Bank has implemented the program to reward its loyal clients. Within the program, various statuses are assigned to the clients. It’s possible to improve one’s status in the process of cooperation and, thus, obtain more privileges and advantages from the CSJC “FICNA Bank”.

Who comes within the extent of the loyalty program?

The program is applicable to all the clients of the Bank (legal entities and individuals) who have:

Loans* (except Overdraft product)
Deposits* (fixed-term deposit and top up deposit), as well as existing active accounts in the Bank (On-demand account/ Settlement account*)
