FINCA Bank aims to increase access to financial products and services, mainly to women, who for many reasons still do not have full access to banking services. Therefore, since inception in Kyrgyzstan, we’ve been focused on empowerment of our customers, in particular women entrepreneurs.
We actively support and cooperate with various women communities, organizations and foundations that promote women’s entrepreneurship. We sponsor many events dedicated to development of women’s entrepreneurship.

Special Products and Services to Empower Women

FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan is the only financial institution in the country offering special banking products to women.

  • Credit “FINCAйым” – what is special that we offer to women? – in case of timely repayment of the loan, the bank will recalculate the interest rate, and 3% is transferred to the customer’s account as a cashback!

  • Deposit – “Kiyal” – this is special savings product designed for women. When the customer replenishes her deposit on time, the Bank allocates 3% as a bonus at the end of the term.

Education and Consultancy to Women

For many years, FINCA Bank has been providing advisory assistance and consultancy to women engaged in small and medium-sized businesses. We help them choose the banking products adapted to their needs, provide recommendations to support women meet their goals.
Our free financial literacy trainings help customers effectively manage their finances and better manage their family budgets.
